Informational status
Website material is general information, not an offer of securities, a product warranty, engineering advice, or a binding specification. Architecture, performance, roadmap, partnership, and availability statements may describe targets or work in development.
No confidential submissions
Do not send confidential, export-controlled, security-sensitive, or proprietary material through the public contact form. A submission does not create a confidentiality, employment, investment, licence, or partnership relationship.
Intellectual property
The VDOTX name, visual identity, website copy, diagrams, and software are owned by VDOTX Semiconductors Private Limited or used with permission. You may view and link to public pages for ordinary informational use, but may not misrepresent affiliation or reuse protected material commercially without permission.
TapeOut educational game
TapeOut is an educational abstraction. It does not perform production design-rule checking and must not be used to validate real semiconductor layouts.

We may change or withdraw website material without notice. External providers and links are governed by their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
